Krong Pac Party Committee holds preliminary conference in Q1, 2018

On March 30^th, a preliminary Conference was held Krong Pac district Party Executive Committee (extended) to review the performance of tasks in the first quarter (Q1) and deploy tasks of Q2. The conference was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dung – member of the provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Krong Pac district, Chairman of the district-level People's Council.

In Q1 of 2018, the direction of all-level Party Committee helped the district to achieve positive results of building the Party and the political system, contributing to socio-economic development as well as ensuring the national defense – security. The total cultivation area of the district reached 32,223 hectares equivalent to 57.7% of the set plan. The industrial production, handicraft, basic construction was estimated at over VND 280 billion. The total value of trade, services reached over VND676 billion. The budget revenue reached VND14.94 billion. The promotion of information, education, health and social security has been strengthened. The new-style rural area construction has been implemented effectively. The district announced the decision on three communes meeting new-style rural area standards. Regarding national defense and security, the district strictly followed the regulation of direct command, fighting readiness; training courses; handing over citizens to join the military service according to the law provisions. In addition, the district also paid a special importance to Party building work, personelle organization and political system building which made a significant contribution to raising the ability and fighting capacity of grassroots-level party committee.

           At the conference, delegates based on the mentioned achievements to focus on discussing and proposing solutions aiming to deploy orientations and tasks set for Q2. In particular, key issues received a special attention including economic development, State budget revenue, new-style area construction work, vocational training courses for labor force in rural area and labor export to ensure the working efficiency and quality. The conference also approved the preliminary report on the implementation of  Resolution No.13 issued by the Provincial Party Committee dated March 11, 2013 related to guide the deployment of the Conclusion No.41 of the Secretariat of the 9th term on "strengthening the leadership of the party for the militia and self-defense force in the new situation"; to implement the review plan in the middle of the term according to the Resolution of the 13^th district –level Party Congress, 2015-2020 tenure.

        On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the district-level Party Committee awarded Certificates of Merit of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee to 01 collective and 10 individuals to recognize the successful completion of tasks in 5 consecutive years; Certificates of merit of the district-level Party Committee to the 05 party committees and 05 individuals who had outstanding achievements in the implementation of the Directive No.16 promulgated by the Secretariat of the 9^th term on "strengthening the leadership of the party for the militia and self-defense force in the new situation".
