Divisions and Boards of Krong Pac People's Committee have been established pursuant to Decree No. 37/2014/ND-CP dated May 05^th, 2014 on regulating the organization of professional divisions of the People's Committee of districts, towns and provincially-run cities.

1. Office of the People's Council and People's Committee:

To act as general advisor and assist the People's Council and People's committee in activities of the People's Council, People's Committee; consulting for the Chairperson of the District People's Committee on direction and operation; providing information to serve the management and operation of the People's Council, People's Committee and local government agencies; ensuring the material and technical conditions for activities of the People's Council and People's Committee; directly managing and directing the operation of reques-receiving and result-returning section according to one-stop-shop and inter-agency one-stop-shop mechanism;  guiding and receiving individual/organization's profile in all  fields under jurisdiction of the district-level People's Committee, transferring files to specialized divisions of the district-level People's Committee for resolution and then receiving the results to return to individuals, organizations.

 2.Division of Home Affairs:

To advise and assist the People's Committee in performing the function of State management over home affairs, covering: organizational apparatuses; working positions, number of civil servants and rank structure of public servants in agencies; working positions, classification of public employees basing on the professional titles, number of public employees in non-business agencies;  salary of cadres, civil servants, public employees, contractual laborers in administrative agencies and non-business agencies; administrative reform; local governance; administrative boundaries; cadres, civil servants and public employees; cadres and civil servants at the commune, ward, township level; associations and non-governmental organizations;  archives; religion affairs; and emulation and commendation.

3. Division of Economics and Infrastructure

To advise and assist the People's Committee in performing the function of the State management covering: industry; handicraft; trade; construction planning, architecture; construction investment; urban development; urban technical infrastructure, industrial parks, economic parks, high-tech parks (including: urban water supply – drainage system and industrial parks, economic parks, high-tech parks, building material production establishments, urban lighting system, the urban's trees;  cemetery management, excepting for Martyrs cemetery; management of underground construction in urban area, common management of using urban technical infrastructure); house; agencies; buidling material; traffic; science and technology. 

4. Division of Finance - Planning:

To advise and assist the People's Committee in performing the function of the State management covering: Finance; planning and investment; business registration; collecting and unifying the management of issues related to enterprises, collectives and private business.

5. Division of  Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs:

To advise and assist the People's Committee in performing the function of the State management covering: Jobs; vocational training; labor, salary; wages; social insurance (compulsory social insurance, voluntary social insurance, and unemployment insurance); labor safety; people with meritorious services; social security; child protection and care; gender equality; prevention and combat of social evils.

6. Division of Environment and Natural Resources:

To advise and assist the People's Committee in performing the function of the State management covering: Land; water and mineral resources; environment; sea and islands (in districts where sea and islands are located).

7. Division of Culture and Information:

To advise and assist the People's Committee in performing the function of the State management covering: Culture; family; physical training and sports; tourism; advertisement; postal services; telecommunication; information technology; radio and television; press; publication; grassroots information; external information; information infrastructure.

8. Division of Argriculture and Rural Development

To advise and assist the People's Committee in performing the function of the State management covering: Agriculture; forestry; salt-making; irrigation; fisheries; rural development; disaster prevention; food quality and safety of agro-forestry-fishery products and salt; developing economic models of households, farms in rural areas, collectives of agro-forestry-fishery and salt production associated with sectors, craft villages in rural areas.

9. Division of Education and Training:

To advise and assist the People's Committee in performing the function of the State management covering: Programs and contents of education and training; standards of teachers and educational officials; standards of facilities, school equipments and toys; regulations on examinations and awarding degrees, certificaté; ensuring the quality of education and training.

 

10. District –levl Inspectorate:

To advise and assist the People's Committee in performing the function of the State management covering: inspection work, settlement of complaints and denunciations within the State management scope of district-level People's Committees; performing administrative-insepction tasks and powers for complaints and denunciations settlements and corruption prevention and fighting according to law provisions.

11. Division of Justice:

To advise and assist the People's Committee in performing the function of the State management covering: law building and enforcement, law monitoring, examination and handling of legal documents, control of administrative procedures, law propaganda and education; grassroots reconciliation, legal aids, adoption, civil status, notarization, State compensation and other juridical works according to law provisions; management of law enforcement related to administration violations settlement.

 

12. Division of Ethnic Affairs:

To advise and assist the People's Committee in performing the function of the State management covering ethnic affairs.

 

13. Division of Health:

To advise and assist the People's Committee in performing the function of the State management covering: preventive medicine; medical examination and treatment, functional rehabilitation; traditional medicine; reproductive health; medical equipment and facilities; pharmaceutical products; cosmetics; food safety and hygiene; health insurance; population – family planning.
